Operation Process
1-Even Distribution: Wastewater enters the system and flows evenly across the entire outside surface of the rotating drum.
2-Smart Separation & Self-Cleaning: The liquid drains through the small slots in the screen. Inside the drum, a special plate directs the filtered water to push back out through the bottom of the screen. This continuous inside-out flush keeps the screen clean automatically, preventing clogs even from sticky, oily, or fibrous materials.
3-Drying & Easy Discharge: The separated solids stay on the outside of the screen and quickly lose moisture, drying down to the 20% range. A scraper blade then gently removes these dry solids and guides them down the discharge chute.
